Meet the Owner
From Dishwasher to Owner
Our owner’s path into the restaurant business started as a dishwasher at a cousin’s family owned Mexican restaurant. Years later we opened Agave Fresh Mex and Cantina in Ormond Beach, our family’s first restaurant in Volusia County, with one goal: serve a little of everything, treat people well, and make them want to come back.
That is still how the kitchen and bar run today: fresh ingredients, dishes made to order, and a full bar with handcrafted margaritas, right in the Ormond Towne Square Shopping Center.

What are your hours?
We open at 11:00 AM seven days a week and close at 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday. Weekday lunch specials run Monday through Friday, 11am–3pm. Full hours are on our contact page.
